     Freya's Folk welcomes Spring by giving winter a Viking funeral at dawn at the Wave Organ in San Francisco. We have been doing this for over 30 years! Join us by 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 10th.. Decorated eggs, offerings to Ran appreciated, but we usually have plenty.There will be a shield painting/egg decorating party at Capt. Patt's in SF on Sat. April 9th from 6-9 pm, and there is crash space available. Patt's is less than 20 minutes from the Wave Organ.We have another event planned on that Saturday. Some of us plan to attend "Bouquets to Art" at the De Young.     Witches All Networking Social

    April 10, 2016 from 2:30-5 pm at Terra’s TempleMembers of the Northern CA Local Council of COG invite Witches of all traditions and paths to a Networking Social!  We would like to meet other local Witches, network, learn about other groups and traditions in our region, and begin to make new friends.  You are encouraged to bring flyers, handouts, and posters that describe your group. It should be a fun social occasion!Terra's Temple,  a meeting place for Earth Religions,  is located in the old Orthodox Church across from the Ashby BART station at 3051 Adeline (at Essex), next door to Marmot Mountain Works. We will be in the main Temple room, a bright colorful space, with a hardwood floor, chairs, and floor pillows.  Refreshments will be offered.  In the same building is the ZING! Café, which offers teas, coffee, espresso, cold drinks, pastries, hot panini, cold sandwiches, and gelato at your own expense.Public Transit: Take BART to the Ashby BART station. 3051 Adeline is across Adeline from the BART station.Parking is on residential streets. The Ashby Flea Market may put some pressure on parking locally.

    Join us in celebration of the Full Moon and revel in a flamenco performance held in an enchanted house

    Where: 536 45th St. Oakland (near MacArthur BART) Tickets: $20-$50
    Time: 7:00 – 10:00pm; Performance & Ritual 7:30 – 9:00pm
    Wine and cheese available by donation.

    The work of flamenco artists La Zarmari and Esliperín honours both the raíz (root) and the duende (fairy) of traditional flamenco, as well as the raíz and duende of their own personal passion and flare.
